About

Every reliable heat of steel starts long before the furnace, in the way you design, source and move raw materials, ferroalloys, minerals and semi-finished steel through your supply chain. At Azin Material & Mining, “how we work” means understanding your reality first, then building a supply plan around it.

We align technical, commercial and logistical decisions so that every shipment supports your production instead of disrupting it. Drawing on 20+ years of combined experience, the goal is simple: fewer surprises, more control and a partner you can rely on over the long term.

How we start every collaboration

Discuss your operation
Discuss your operation
Step one: understand your operation

Before we talk about tonnes and prices, we want to understand how your plant actually runs. We look at furnace type, production route, steel or alloy grades, charging practice, current raw material and alloy mix, storage constraints and any problems you are trying to solve. This conversation is technical as much as commercial, because the right supply solution depends on real conditions in your mill, foundry or plant—not just on a product list.

What we look at together
Your furnace route, steel or alloy grades, production plan and tapping rhythm.
Current ore, alloy and semi-finished usage, chemistry targets and pain points.
Preferred ports, transport modes and storage or handling limits.
Contract preferences around volume flexibility, pricing and risk.

Step Two
Map product requirements

Together with your procurement and technical teams, we map requirements across raw materials, ferroalloys, minerals and semi-finished steel, aligning chemistry ranges, size options and delivery formats.

03
|
Step Tree
Design the sourcing strategy

We design a sourcing strategy based on suitable origins, producer capabilities and contract structures that balance security of supply, cost and flexibility.

04
|
Step Four
Coordinate logistics from origin to plant

Our team coordinates shipments from origin to your plant—covering bulk or container loading, port handling and inland transport—so material arrives in the agreed condition and timeframe.

05
|
Step Five
Execute quality control and documentation

We manage inspections, sampling and lab analysis where required, issuing clear documentation for your quality, procurement and finance teams.

06
|
Step Six
Review and improve

After deliveries, we review performance and feedback with you, refining grades, formats, schedules or contract terms to keep improving cost and reliability.

The principles behind how we work

Aligned Objectives
We start by clarifying whether security of supply, cost, quality stability or flexibility matters most, and shape our approach around that.
Deep Understanding
We invest time to understand your furnace route, grades, logistics limits and internal processes before proposing products or contracts.
Integrated Chain
Sourcing, shipping and delivery are managed as one continuous chain, not separate transactions handled in isolation.
Accurate Specifications & Documentation
Every product is defined with precise chemical, physical and packing specs, supported by clear documentation so your teams know exactly what to expect.
Verified Quality
Inspections, sampling and lab analysis support each shipment, with full documentation for your quality, procurement and finance teams.
Transparent Communication
We share information openly, flag issues early and keep you updated from contract confirmation to final delivery.
Commercial Clarity & Flexibility
From spot cargoes to multi-year programs, we adapt shipment size, frequency and terms to your operational reality, with clear commercial structures and risk-sharing.
Continuous Improvement
After deliveries, we review performance with you and refine grades, formats or schedules to keep improving cost and reliability.

Frequently asked questions

What products does Azin Material & Mining supply?

We supply selected raw materials, ferroalloys, minerals and semi-finished steel products used in steel and alloy production. This includes ores, key bulk ferroalloys and semi-finished steel forms. For each product, we work with different grades and sizes depending on your process and target specifications. If you share your target chemistry and practice, we’ll recommend suitable options.

Which regions can you deliver to?

Our core focus is mills, foundries and industrial producers across MENA, South Asia and Africa, with the flexibility to support other destinations when logistics are feasible. If you share your plant location and preferred discharge port, we can quickly confirm whether regular deliveries are practical.

What incoterms and shipment sizes do you work with?

We are flexible on incoterms and typically work with FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP, depending on what fits your procurement and logistics setup. Shipment sizes range from containerized lots for trials or smaller plants to bulk vessel cargoes for larger consumers. We can also explore partial cargoes or shared vessels where volumes and timing allow.

How do you handle quality control and documentation?

Quality is managed at multiple points. We agree clear chemical and physical specs in the contract, then arrange inspections and sampling at origin where appropriate. Upon arrival, we can support additional sampling and lab analysis. You receive certificates of analysis, weight notes, packing lists and other documentation required for your internal and customs processes. Any deviations are addressed transparently and promptly.

What payment terms and financing options are available?

Standard payment structures include letters of credit, cash against documents and, in some cases, advance payments. For established customers and specific projects, we may explore more tailored structures that help manage cash flow or price risk, always within a framework that is compliant and mutually secure.

How do we start working together?

The best first step is a short technical and commercial discussion. We’ll ask about your current raw material and alloy usage, furnace type, annual volume, target grades and any challenges you’re facing. Based on that, we’ll propose product options, an initial shipment structure and an indicative schedule. Once we align on specs, pricing and terms, we formalize the contract and begin planning logistics for your first delivery.
